Two of Cups and Chakras Liability Waiver and Agreement

By booking and participating in any services offered by Two of Cups and Chakras, including but not limited to Reiki and energy work, Tarot readings, Aura readings, Chakra balancing, Chromotherapy, Guided Meditation, Crystal Consultations, and Professional Consultations, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Disclaimer

The services provided by Two of Cups and Chakras are spiritual, energetic, and meditative in nature. They are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and self-reflection.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. They are complementary to, not a substitute for, professional medical or psychological care.

2. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being during and after any session or service provided by Two of Cups and Chakras.

Any decisions or actions taken based on insights or guidance from these services are solely your own responsibility. Two of Cups and Chakras is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your choices.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in a confidential and safe environment. Personal information and details shared during your session will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Energy Work and Physical Considerations

Energy work is a non-invasive, hands-off practice when conducted virtually, and light touch may be used during in-person sessions with your prior consent. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you agree to communicate this to the practitioner immediately.

You confirm that you are in a safe and suitable physical condition to participate in energy work or meditative practices. If you are under the care of a physician or mental health professional, you affirm that you have their approval to engage in these services if applicable.

5. No Guarantees

Results and experiences from services such as energy work, Tarot readings, and meditations vary from person to person. Two of Cups and Chakras makes no guarantees or warranties about specific outcomes.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You agree to notify Two of Cups and Chakras at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiting your session fee. Additionally, if you book a session within 24 hours’ of the selected time slot, you waive the right to a refund should you need to cancel.

7. Assumption of Risk

You understand that engaging in any service involves an assumption of personal risk. By participating, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Two of Cups and Chakras, its owner, and any affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages arising from your participation in these services.

8. Insurance and Payment

Two of Cups and Chakras does not accept insurance, FSA, or HSA as forms of payment for services.

9. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 will be serviced on a case-by-case basis. Prior to booking, please use the contact form to discuss whether these services are appropriate for the minor. A separate minor consent form will also be required to be completed prior to the session and booking.

10. Agreement to Terms By completing your purchase, you are electronically agreeing to this waiver, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above. You acknowledge that you are engaging in these services voluntarily and take full responsibility for your experience.
